It's beautiful. It's old though. I would want to look inside to see what condition the waxes are in. I'd bet it needs a tuning job. Hard to say what the seller means by the bellows being tight. It cold mean they're good but it could mean they have never been changed and are too brittle to be playable.

That thing's really cool. And it's a Frosini model with the chromatic button accordion layout coupled with a (sometimes dummy) piano keyboard! Pretty too. Wow.
Funny how the first picture is reversed.
