Hohner Organetta III

I'm going from my email backlog (still) and have found these photos of a Hohner Organetta III from Sherry Smith with an appeal for more information about this accordion.

Does anyone know anything ? It looks like it could be a 1930s model to me.

I just emailed Hohner about it. I heard a rumor that you can ask them about anything they ever built. They may have a big coffee-table book of their history that would be very fun.

And... this is a really cool looking accordion, I'm jealous.

Hohner emailed back only affirming that they did publish a big "History Unfolds: 100 Years of Hohner" book.

I found this with a similar instrument from I think 1935:

I love that curvy lyre-shaped keyboard. Gilded age design (in the midst of the great depression!)

Good stuff.

The 1930s seems to have been the golden age of accordion designs - even though the sounds hadn't yet been perfected (IMO).

Hello.
I have accordion Hohner Organetta III and I wish it to sell for the reasonable price.
If you this offer I interests I will send photos.
Accordion not in ideal, but a good condition.
About what presumable price there can be a speech?
